creative, generating millions of videos in real-time.
Position Overview:
We seek a Technical Support Specialist to join our team for an exciting and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide Tier 2/3/3.5 technical support
● Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver client support services for international clients
using our SaaS & AI platforms.
● Offer technical assistance to clients and employees across various projects.
● Monitor and operate processes within our AWS-based platform
● Work with industry-leading tools, including OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Grafana, AI tools,
Salesforce, Linux, MongoDB, PagerDuty, and more
● Opportunity to grow in a flexible environment, taking on advanced Tier 3.5 and Tier 4
development tasks.

Your profile

Requirements:
● 2-3 years of experience in technical support, either working with international clients or
technological military expertise
● Technical orientation and out-of-the-box thinking
● Basic knowledge of cloud technology, TCP/IP, Linux, and PC troubleshooting
● High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as the job involves global client
communication
● Availability to work shifts, including day, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays
● Fast learner, able to adapt to changes and new technologies quickly
● Strong team player

Advantages
● Basic scripting and coding skills
● Experience with cloud environments (AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud)
● Knowledge of additional languages
