Motion Graphics Artist (After Effects) – AI & Scene Tagging (Freelance)

At Idomoo, a cutting-edge company in the field of personalized and dynamic video, we’re looking for a skilled After Effects artist to work with our Product team as freelance.

This is a unique role that combines hands-on work in Adobe After Effects with scene tagging and writing structured instructions for an AI-based video generation system. You’ll play a key role in building the next generation of automated video creation tools.The position is freelance, with a minimum availability of 4 days per week. The offices are located in Ra’anana.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating and editing motion graphics templates in Adobe After Effects, including working with complex compositions, animations, text, and graphic layers.
Analyzing the structure of AE projects and writing clear, technical instructions that describe each scene’s layout, animation logic, timing, and hierarchy for use by our AI engine.
Tagging scenes and visual elements in video templates to guide the AI system in generating new video scenes with precision.
Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Scientists to define scenarios and generate structured data.
Participating in QA processes, reviewing tagged assets, and suggesting improvements for AE file structure and annotation clarity.
Having direct impact on the architecture of Idomoo’s intelligent video engines.

Your profile

What We’re Looking For:

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects – a must. Familiarity with expressions, precomps, and animation principles is essential.
Proven experience in animation, post-production, or creative roles – required.
Strong technical understanding of AE compositions and the ability to deconstruct them into clear, logical components.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to document and tag elements accurately and consistently.
High-level English – especially reading and writing of technical instructions and documentation.
A positive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new technologies – particularly in the AI space.
Advantage: Experience with annotation tools, data structuring, or product/UX environments.
