Position Overview:
We seek a Technical Support Specialist to join our team for an exciting and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2/3/3.5 technical support
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver client support services for international clients using our SaaS & AI platforms.
Offer technical assistance to clients and employees across various projects.
Monitor and operate processes within our AWS-based platform
Work with industry-leading tools, including OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Grafana, AI tools, Salesforce, Linux, MongoDB, PagerDuty, and more
